We had a delightful Christmas. We loved our celebration of the Nativity, complete with singing of Christmas hymns, candles and the Hatch family tradition of angel chimes.
Though my voice is so much better, I still can't sing much. The kids made up for my weakness by singing their hearts out. After the Nativity the kids opened their Christmas jammies. Caleb had expressed concern that he may get coal so he really liked that his PJs had a message for Santa.
Santa was really good to all of us this year. We made a big mess but had so much fun opening our presents.
We were thrilled to see a little bit of festive snow. It didn't stick but it was fun that a few flakes fell just for Christmas. Alyssa wanted to capture a photo of it with her new camera.
We're lucky to have kids that slept in until 8:30 a.m. but all that celebrating was enough to wear poor Natalie out. She crashed on the couch holding her new baby from Santa.

Looks like everyone made out like bandits. My kids crashed as well. Thank goodness they were running wild ALL day :)

I am missing pieces for my angel chimes, so they didn't get used this year but your picture made me miss it so much!

I can't believe your kids slept in until 8:30. We have to tell our kids not to wake us up before 6:00. I think Austin and his cousin were up at 5:00
